Welcome to Flying Shikari. By submitting a booking or participating in a flight with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Risk
Aviation and adventure sports involve inherent risks. While we operate strictly above international safety standards, absolute safety cannot be guaranteed.
Pilot Authority Clause
The Pilot in Command has absolute authority over the aircraft, the flight, and the passenger. Passengers must follow all pilot instructions immediately and without question. Failure to do so, or acting in a manner that endangers the aircraft, will result in immediate termination of the flight without refund, and potential involvement of local authorities.
2. Booking & Payments
Reservation Confirmation
A flight slot is strictly reserved only when full payment is made. We do not hold or guarantee flight times based on inquiries or incomplete payments.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight will receive a full refund (minus applicable payment processing fees). Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to arrive on time (no-shows), will result in a 100% forfeiture of your payment without refund.
3. Weather & Rescheduling
Paratriking is a highly weather-dependent activity. Our strict weather minimums are in place entirely for your safety.
4. Conditions of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger, without refund, under the following circumstances:
Intoxication
Zero tolerance. Any passenger suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to fly.
Weight Discrepancy
Providing false weight information during booking that exceeds our strict 95kg (210 lbs) limit at the time of the flight.
Health Misrepresentation
Failing to disclose pregnancy or severe pre-existing medical/heart conditions that compromise flight safety.
